its now back to booting 5secs to 7secs. As far as windows is concerned it a OEM problem.now microsoft putting in a video driver that requires a reboot and not rebooting is their mistake. Now, nothing but a black screen, is it possible it is still updating something? I'll keep this one for future reference, especially the hard shut down tip.
