Click install but don't follow through. In fact, I installed Windows 7 first from UEFI enabled DVD drive, and installed windows 10 from USB drive...so I don't know how that could have done anything, but it's the Uefi Doesn't See Hard Drive I came across another BIOS setting that I thought would block booting from a USB or CD, but it didn't change my problem.
