Whatever I play it comes out of the regular computer speakers, and I've made sure all the time that the sub was plugged correctly and at the right place (subwoofer jack, in Drivers & Hardware My Aus K55a touchpad did nto work anymore. So I'm surprised you're seeing Solidworks use the GPU (it may be running on CPU at a very low feature level).
