A lot of Google info out there I just tried those suggestions until something worked. I still have the "Reduced" key being generating in Regedit under "UpgradeExperienceIndicators" letting me know GWX is running in reduced mode (Not applicable for upgrade...) Its a fairly new laptop with check over here
