Sometimes it's System, sometimes it's one of the various applications I installed (e.g. Datenträger means disk, Arbeitsspeicher is the RAM and Lesegeschwindigkeit and Schreibgeschwindigkeit are the read and write speed. WRT the PC and any damage, I suspect the main points of concern are the longevity of the HDD and heat.
