one more thing to check is in the control panel> System and security> system >advanced system settings>Hardware>device installation settings> select no and try to reinstall and see if that helps, it Unfortunately I don't have another graphics card to test with and neither does my motherboard have integrated graphics. after installing the update, my vaio laptop takes forever to boot (and restart as well) and the fan runs with full speed for hours. If you were playing a game on this card and ran into this issue, it would be a huge show-stopper. Trying different previous and newer versions of AMD drivers including ( 15.12 crimson, 15.7.1, 15.8 beta , 14.12 , 13.9 , 15.11) still got black screen while installation of driver3.

I would check PCIE cables, LCD cables (See if you can use a different port on the card).
