NOT saying we need to be able to change necessary DLL's or whatever! Many of my live tiles (Weather, Fitness, Music, Games) don't show anything aside from their logos. I will be setting my machine to 'No' for auto update. Preview?
I prefer "micro-managing" my apps for this very reason. Try uninstalling some apps that show up in battery saver. Moreover, the live tile on the phone is also buggy on cellular.
